Some Single page LO's pt 2

I used some PP I had extra. The buttons & chipboard pieces were from a kit of goods my mom found for me. The words were from a Birthday themed QK set. This was me when I was younger. LOL it is funny looking back...I hated my outfit!!

The Dumbo LO was more of my CTMH kit, that never ends...Stickers were just some store bought ones. I had to take a pic of the kids watching Dumbo, because I had bought these stickers one time. LOL!!!

I did this LO with October Afternoon PP. I used my Pagemaps book Pg 87 for the LO idea. The stamp set was from CTMH, All Decked Out. I stamped on some precut circles that fit perfect on some circle chipboard pieces. They reminded me of the cookies we made. They are those ones you can buy with the design already in them, just slice and bake.

I didn't do nothing to special on this page. Basically just wanted a single page LO and for them all to fit nicely. The PP is by Crate Paper, Taylor's Collection. Very Army like colors. This is when Mike and the guys got to come back from their deployment. I always tell Mike to take pictures. He does pretty good.

LOL The kids were so funny sitting in their room pretending they had a band going. Rya has got a potato head arm, like it is a harmonica!!! I used my QK Maggie and Venus alphabet for the title. The PP is Circus Rose, Playlist. I also used my roley stamp from SU, called Jazz for the music notes.

Some new LO's I have done pt 1

I used a Christmas kit I got off of QVC for this one.

For Slip & Slide, I used Paper Loft, Just the Basics PP. The buttons are from Sticko. And some Thickers for the alphabet. The ribbon was in a kit, I got with the papers.

For this LO, I used a CTMH paper kit. I stamped a file folder using a CTMH stamp set. Then just cut it out and folded it. I cut a small piece of white paper and inked it, and put it in the folder. So that it looks like some blueprints. I used my QK for the alphabet.

OFFICIAL BLOG TART ENTRY

Wanna win $450 worth of stamping goodies? Click HERE to see how. It is for an awesome cause. I keep seeing everyone entering, so I decided that I would too. I have been making up some fun ones to send also. My official entry is below. The pic doesn't do it justice. I was trying to use my cell phone to take the pic, cuz my camera was somewhere???? The PP are Paper Loft. The button was from Sticko Button-ups. I am not sure where the star is from, but I used some alcohol inks on it. The cute little penguin was a freebie I got one time. He is soo cute!

Thanksgiving 2006

I started out with Fancy Pants, Floral Chic pp for the background. The cute polka dot paper is from Shabby Princess, a kit from Katie. I used a 3/4" circle punch and punch out some fun turquoise paper. I then cut the circles in half and made photo corners. Also using another punch...one of the smaller hole punches, I punched out some little yellow circles. I put numbers on each one and then in my journaling block, wrote who was each there at the table. Ya know, for future references!! So there won't be any, who was that kid sitting next to Mike, or whatever!! I also did the same with the food pic. For my journaling, I used one of the CTMH journaling line stamps, so I had even lines. If I don't do something, my words get quite slanted. I used my QK turkey die and pieced him together, so he had fun feathers. I glued him down to a piece of Fancy Pants chipboard that I sprayed some Latte colored Glimmer Mist on. Then went over it all with Mod Podge, to make him all shiny. The title was done using my CTMH "Friendship" alphabet. The numbers were the small version of the same stamp.

Snow Angels

For this LO, I used Doodlebug papers. I stamped the images and then embossed them in silver. I used 2 different CTMH stamp sets. I love the cup stain one!! I inked the edges of my journaling block and embossed that also. The title was done using my new QK Snow Day font. I also made some use for those little squares and circles everyone bought at one point. I used my stamping foam from QK to make the snowflake from a QK die. Then I was trying to be creative with the Stickles. I made a snow angel image on the circle. I also used the Stickles behind the title.

Kitty Stamps

Yea!!! I got Pink Cat Studio Stamps!!! They are soo cute. I got them right before Christmas. So I had to make the Tramps each one!! I used CTMH papers and ribbon. The paper kit had greens and Hollyhock, my fave CTMH color!! I also used some white flock from Doodlebug on the right card. Went great on the Santa hat and scarf. Doesn't show up well, but it is there.

What the kids were doing

And just what were the kids terrorizing while I was making cards...nothing! I took a SheetLoad pattern and made card kits for them to work on. So they were able to contribute to our stash. I am not sure how many we had all together, at least 30. They both worked very hard on them too. My mom had bought me a bunch of Christmas stickers last year. We tried to use them up too. They were pretty good about not fighting over which sticker they wanted to use. Shane really likes the Stickles. He wants to use them all the time. Even when he wasn't working on his own cards, he was asking to help me. Rya was into the glitter. We glittered somethings, and forgot to use them. Rya set up her little tray, and had the banana chair tipped over behind her. She said it was her office. So of course then Shane had to set up his own too. He had EVERYONE of his pencils out, and lined up next to him.
